O ile mi wiadomo powszechną praktyką jest ustne wypowiedzenie.

Nie zawsze. Czesto wymaga sie rowniez wypowiedzen pisemnych. Ale nie musza to byc jakies kilkustronicowe uzasadnienia. Wystarczy napisac ze chce sie oddejsc i jaki przewiduje sie ostatni dzien pracy (oczywiscie o miesiac pozniejszy, czy jak tam dlugo macie w kontrakcie).
Nie trzeba pisac dlaczego chce sie oddejsc. Pracodawca moze o to zapytac jak dostanie wypowiedzenie, ale nie koniecznie.

chcą pisemnej notki..chciałam wiedzieć jak to pismo formalnie wygląda..słyszałam że jeśli pracowało się w danym miejscu poniżej 2 lat wystarczy złożyć na tydzień przed jeśli dłużej to z miesiecznym wyprzedzeniem..nadal nie wiem jak to napisać ..rozumiem że data zwrot grzecznościowy do managera i co tylko po angielsku "chcę odejść z pracy z dniem.." ?

Tak samo, jak pracodawcę. Czyli wg tego:
Okres wypowiedzenia w Irlandii

...chyba, że podpisany kontrakt stanowi inaczej (czyli o dłuższych okresach wypowiedzenia, krótsze być nie mogą).
